The present application has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 24.11.2017 passed by Session Judge, Aligarh in Criminal Revision No.511 of 2017 (Smt. Brajesh Devi Vs.State of U.P. and others) and order dated 12.9.2017 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Aligarh, by means which the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for registration of criminal case/FIR has been rejected.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of this case and it is always open to the applicant to seek remedy before appropriate forum as provided under Code of Criminal Procedure.
