I have perused the application and the prayer made therein. Matter pertains to 2005. It appears that the applicant has lost interest to work out the matter on merits.
Recently, Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of Raod Agency Pvt. Ltd. v. CBI, 2018 SCC Online SC 310 , passed a direction that all cases pending before the High Courts or other courts relating to PC Act or all other civil or criminal cases, where stay of proceedings is ordered, stay will automatically lapse after six months from the date of such order unless extended by a speaking order on the parameters fixed by the Court.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Registrar General is directed to send copy of this order to the trial court for information and further proceeding.
