This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 23 of 2018 (Old No. 221 of 2016), under Sections- 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Kasya, DistrictKushinagar, pending before the Additional District Judge/F.T.C. Ist, Kushinagar.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2016.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
