Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to Fast Track Court (J.D.), Varanasi to consider and conclude Case No. 376 of 2018 (Fatama Bibi vs. Javed Iqbal Khan and others) expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to Fast Track Court (J.D.), Varanasi to consider and conclude Case No. 376 of 2018 (Fatama Bibi vs. Javed Iqbal Khan and others), most expeditiously, preferably within three months, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
