Heard Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.

The present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 24.07.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Azamgarh in Criminal Misc. Case No. 89 of 2017 "Mantosh & others Vs. State of U.P. and others" under section 29 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, rejecting the delay condonation application in support of criminal appeal.

It is contended by learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist is ready to deposit the fine as has been awarded by the court below.

After hearing the learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the orders impugned as well as the averments contained in the present revision, this Court is of the opinion that in case the revisionist moves an appropriate application stating his contention as aforesaid before the concerned Court below within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order the same shall be consider and decided by the concerned court below preferably within 45 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, this revision is finally disposed off.
