Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and have taken through the record.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to direct the Station Officer Police Station Pilkhua Disrtrict Hapur not to harass the applicant pursuant to the final report dated 14.1.2018 in Misc. Case No. 387/11 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 937 of 2017 under section 379 IPC.
The applicant does not appear to have assailed his grievance in a proper way. It is highly surprising how the police personnel will come forward to harass the applicant in the aforesaid case while final report is already in existence.
The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that this application may be dismissed as withdrawn leaving open to the applicant to agitate his grievance at the appropriate stage.
The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is accordingly dismissed as above.
