This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 1051 of 2017 (State Vs. Gayatri Gupta and others), Case Crime No. 1405 of 2017, under Sections 325, 323, 427 and 504 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Jaunpur within the stipulated period.
The trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is disposed of.
