This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Moradabad to expedite the Case No. 1638 of 2012 (State Vs. Faizal) Case Crime No. 280/2011 under Section 3/7 E.C. Act, Police Station Katghar, DistrictMoradabad within the stipulated period.
The trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is disposed of.
