Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. Perused the record.

The applicant, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash/stay the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 25.9.2017 issued in S.T. No. 567 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 12 of 2006(State vs. Nand Lal) under Sections 427, 436 IPC, Police Station Bahariya, District Allahabad.

As the applicant became absent from the court proceedings, NBW was issued against him. There does not appear any illegality in the order impugned issuing NBW against the applicant.

Therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.

¶9

The applicant is directed to appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today.

¶10

For the aforesaid period of 30 days, which shall not be extended any further, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. In case he fails to surrender within the aforesaid period, the court below shall take coercive action against him.

With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed off.
