This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned C.J.M., Jhansi to expedite the hearing of application dated 09.4.2018, moved under Section 321 Cr.P.C. by opposite party no. 1, in Criminal Case No. 56 of 2017, Smt. Madhurima Pateriya vs. Ruchir Shukl and others, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 147, 149, 326-A, 354, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 120B I.P.C., P.S.- Kotwali, District- Jhansi, arising out of Case Crime No. 326 of 2016, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Jhansi and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.

It has been made to appear on behalf of the applicant that there is some application dated 09.4.2018 moved under Section 321 Cr.P.C. by the opposite party no. 1 which is still pending and no orders have been passed upon the same. The only prayer pressed by the counsel is that appropriate judicial orders may be passed upon the same expeditiously.

In absence of complete record this Court is unable to find out the exact circumstances which led to move this application and is also not in a position to exactly comprehend the reasons as to why no orders have been passed upon the same. The only observation which the Court may feel proper to make, would be that if there is any such application moved in the court below and is still awaiting its disposal, the same may be looked into by the court below and appropriate orders may be passed in accordance with law expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed off.
