This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Case No. Nil of 2017 (Shashi Bhatia Vs. Chhotu and Ors.) dated 12.12.2017 under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kakadev District Kanpur Nagar pending before the court of A.C.M, 6th, District Kanpur Nagar within the time frame fixed by this Court.
The aforesaid case is of the year 2017. There is no urgency in the matter, therefore, it is not proper to issue such direction for expeditious disposal at this stage.
In view of above, this application stands dismissed.
