This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 3047 of 2016 (Krishna Pratap Singh Vs. Rakesh and others) under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Indergah, District Kannauj.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
