The challenge in the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to the summoning order dated 5 January 2018 as well as quashing the entire proceedings in Complaint Case No. 143/9 of 2017 (Mehrunisha Vs. Arif and others) under Sections 452, 395, 504, 506 IPC & 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012, P.S.-Rabri, District-Shamli.
From a prima facie evaluation of the material on record, the Court finds no ground to quash the proceedings in question since commission of offences is prima facie evident.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
