Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.762 of 2018 (State Vs. Jwahar), arising out of Case Crime No. 96-A/2009, under Sections-147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Bhatpar Rani, District-Deoria, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Court no. 11 Ghazipur.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that criminal case is of the year 2012 and it is pending though charges were framed in the year 2015.

Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2012 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
