This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Special Trial No. 113 of 2016 (CNR No. UPFT01005057-2016) (State Vs. Vikash Chamar), arising out of Case Crime No. 223 of 2016, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Ashothar, District Fatehpur, pending before the Addl. Session Judge, Court No.1/Special Jude, POCSO Act, Fatehpur.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2016 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
