The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of S.C.C. Suit No. 75/2013 pending before it at the behest of the petitioner.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that since last three dates, it is the petitioner, who remained absent and on accountof which the proceedings got adjourned. Keeping in mind the said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for in the instant petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
