The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial judge to decide Original Suit No.1659 of 2013 within a stipulated time.
The suit, referred to above, has been filed by the petitioners for specific performance and so far even issues have not been framed.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to forthwith proceed to settle the issues and thereafter decide the case without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
