Sri Lalu Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Fakhruzzaman learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Original Suit No. 409 of 2013, Smt. Mandavi Vs. Smt. Mamta and Ors,is pending before the learned trial court since its institution in the year 2013. No appreciable progress has been made for towards the final decision in the suit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is diligently prosecuting her case but the matter is getting adjourned on occasions for no good reason.

Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has entered appearance. He has no objection to the suit being decided at the earliest. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the defendant is also equally interested in getting the suit decided and is not adopting any dilatory tactics before the trial court.

In such view of the matter, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalaun at Orai or any other authority before whom the Original Suit No. 409 of 2013, Smt. Mandavi Vs. Smt. Mamta and Ors is pending, is commanded to decide the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
