Heard Shri Dharmendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Shri Anand Swaroop Dubey has put in appearance on behalf of respondents.

It is admitted to the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants that no objection to the temporary injunction application has yet been filed by them before the court below in Original Suit No.195 of 2018 (Abu Laish v. Firdaus & Ors.).

The notice upon defendants was issued on 22.5.2018. The defendants have put in appearance before the court below much earlier.

At this stage, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents/defendants undertake to file the written statement and objections with the temporary injunction application within a period of two weeks from today.

Having noticed the said facts and the fact that the temporary injunction application is pending consideration before the court below, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Jaunpur to decide the temporary injunction application (6-C application) in Original Suit No.195 of 2018 (Abu Laish v. Firdaus & Ors.) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from today.

Till the disposal of the temporary injunction application or for a period of two months from today, whichever is earlier, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the nature and possession over the suit property. They shall not create any third party right or interest over the suit property till that period.
