The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the execution court to proceed expeditiously in Execution Case No.3 of 1994 pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.8, Azamgarh.
Considering that the execution case relates to a matter over two decades old, this Court considers it appropriate to observe that the court concerned shall ensure that the aforesaid execution case is proceeded on a priority basis unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of .
