The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 102/2003 expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioners and is pending since the year 2003. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that initially the suit was proceeding ex-parte against the defendants. However, the defendants are now appearing in the matter and contesting the proceedings. The trial Court has fixed the matter for disposal of certain applications.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
