Section 21. Repeal

121. Repeal.-[(1)]The Uttar Pradesh Tendu Patta (Vyapar Viniyaman) Adhyadesh, 1972 (U. P. Ordinance No. 1 of 1972), is hereby repealed.

2[((2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act was in force at all material times.]
