Section 33. -Cold storage receipt transferrable by endorsement and delivery

The receipt referred to in section 32, shall, unless it is otherwise specified therein be transferable by endorsement and delivery and shall entitle the holder in due course to receive the goods specified in it as it he was the original hirer
