Section 17. Civil Courts not to decide questions under this Act 47 of 1963

No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction, notwithstanding anything contained in the specific Relief Act, 1963 to decide or deal with any question which is by or under this Act required to be decided or dealt with by any authority or officer mentioned in this Act.
