Section 12. Constitution of NIRMAN Kshetra Committee

12.(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a "NIRMAN Kshetra Committee" which shall consist of the following as appointed by the State Government:-

ChairpersonInfrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, Government of Uttar PradeshVice ChairpersonPrincipal Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department, Government of Uttar PradeshMemberAdditional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary,Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Stamp and Registration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh MemberAdditional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department, Government of Uttar PradeshMemberDivisional Commissioners of the Divisions in which NIRMAN Kshetra falls MemberDistrict Magistrates of the Districts in which Nirman Kshetra falls Member SecretaryChief Executive Officer, NIRMAN Kshetra Authority
