Section 20. Power to delegate

The Lokayukta or an Up-Lokayukta may, by a general or special order in writing direct that any powers conferred or duties imposed on him by or under this Act (except the powers to make reports to the Governor under section 12) may also be excercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees or agencies referred to in section 14, as may be specified in the order.
