Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Flood Emergency Powers (Evacuation and Requisition) Act, 1951.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Uttar Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
