Section 3. Submission of inventory of property

The Management of every institution shall furnish to the Director initially, within a period of three months from the date of commencement of this Act, and thereafter annually by 30th day of September, an inventory of all properties belonging to or endowed for purposes of the institution together with such particulars as may be considered necessary by the Director in the form prescribed by him.
