Section 7. Appeals against orders of the Court,Act IX of 1908

[(7) (1) An appeal from a decision of the court under this Act shall lie to the District Judge within thirty days.

(2) The provision of sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 shall be applicable to appeals under this Act.]¹
