Section 9. University Category and Special Provisions

The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, caste, creed, religion, language or gender. Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to require the University from making special provisions for admission to students of the State as well as other tribal, minority and educationally backward students of the region
