Section 9. Amendment of section 8 of the Civil Procedure Code

9. For the purposes of executing a decree based on a loan against the agricultural produce of a judgment-debtor, the word “six” in section 48 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, shall be deemed to have been substituted for the word "twelve", wherever it occurs.
