Section 24. Controller of Examinations

(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be the whole-time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in consultation with the Executive Council. (2) The powers, duties and responsibilities of the Controller of Examinations shall be provided by the Statutes.
