Section 3. Confirmation of the compromise
The Compromise made on the twenty-fourth day of October nineteen hundred and fifty between the Trust and the Debtors (a copy of which compromise is set out in the appendix I hereto) is hereby confirmed and the same shall be effective with effect from the 24th day of October, 1950 (hereinafter called the specified date).
