Section 30. Acts and proceedings not to be invalidated by vacancies etc

No act done or proceeding taken by the Institute, Governing Body or authority of the Institute or any committee constituted under this Act shall be questioned on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in or defect in the constitution of, the Institute, Governing Body authority or such committee.
