Section 14. Application of sections 49 and 50 and Order XXII of the Code of Civil Procedure

If during the period for which the scheme prepared under section 11 is in force, the debtor or the creditor dies, the provisions of section 49 and 50 and Order XXII of the First Schedule of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908) shall, as far as may be, apply.
