Section 30. Suspension of partition proceedings during currency of consolidation proceedings

After a notification under sub-section (1) of section 14 has issued, no proceedings regarding the partition of land in any area which will be affected by the scheme of consolidation shall be commenced, and any such proceedings, then pending, shall remain in abeyance during the pendency of the consolidation proceedings.
