Section 3. Repeal of Meghalaya State Ordinances and 5 or 1972

The Prevention of Disqualification (Members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Meghalaya) Ordinance, 1972 and the Prevention of Disqualification (Members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Meghalaya) Ordinance, 1972 are hereby repealed.
