Section 9. University open to all classes, castes, creed, religion, language and gender

The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, creed, religion, language or gender. Provided that nothing in this Section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making special provisions for admission to Seventh-day Adventist students or students of the State.
