Section 19. Repeal

(1) The Meghalaya State Commission for Women Ordinance 2005 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done ort taken under the provisions of this Act.
