Section 106. Refusal to deliver up certificate etc. on ceasing to be police officers

Whoever, having ceased to be a police officer, does not forthwith deliver up his certificate of appointment, clothing, accoutrements and other wherewithal supplied to him for the execution of his duty, shall on conviction by a court of law, be liable to a fine of Rs. 3,000/-.
