Section 5. Rank, status, powers and functions of Parliamentary Secretary

1"A Parliamentary Secretary shall discharge such functions and perform such duties as may be assigned by the Chief Minister for the purposes of effective and regular monitoring of the development works of the Government Departments, from time to time."
