Section 5. Territorial extent of Meghalaya Acts

Subject to the provisions of the Assam Re-organisation (Meghalaya) Act, 1969, every enactment shall, unless the contrary is expressly provided therein, apply to the whole of Meghalaya, excluding Shillong.
