Section 6. Chairman and his function

(1) The Chairman shall have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of the Council.

(2) The Chairman shall preside Committee over the meetings of the Council and the Executive Committee.
