Section 127. Repeal and Savings

(1) The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Act (Assam Act 1 of 1950 as adapted by Meghalaya) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal any action taken or anything done under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken or done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
