Section 53. Repeal and saving

(1) The Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Ordinance, 1969 (Mah. Ord. VI of 1969), is hereby repealed.

(2) Anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
