Section 11. Inspection of lifts

Every lift shall be inspected at least once in six months by an officer authorised in this behalf by the 1[State] Government. 2[An annual fee at such rate as may be prescribed] shall be charged for such inspection and such fee shall include the charges for the inspection of the motor.
