Section 3. Salary of Leaders of Opposition

Salary of Leaders of Opposition.- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, there shall be paid to the each Leader of Opposition, during the term of his office, the salary equivalent to 2[the basic pay and dearness allowance] admissible to the Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra and as revised, from time to time.]
