Section 3-A. Appointment of Custodian General and Deputy Custodian General

Appointment of Custodian General and Deputy Custodian General.—The Government may, by notification in the 2[Official Gazette], appoint a Custodian General and one or more Deputy Custodians General as may be necessary for the purpose of discharging the duties imposed upon the Custodian General and the Deputy Custodians General by or under this Act.]
