Section 19. Members, Officers and Employees of the Board to be public servants

The members, officers and employees of the Board shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of the Act or any byelaws made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
