Section 14. Penalty for contravention of section 12

Any public servant who contravenes the provisions of section 12 of this Act, shall be guilty of committing criminal misconduct and shall be punished under section 5 of the 1[Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988)].
